Order Processing Time
Standard Manufacturing Lead Time
All our products are custom-manufactured to order. Standard processing time is 7–14 business days from the date of order confirmation and approved artwork / proof sign-off.
Rush Orders
Rush production (3–5 business days) is available on select product lines and subject to capacity. Rush surcharges apply. Contact our support team to confirm availability before placing a rush order.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order, followed by a production confirmation within 1–2 business days once artwork is approved.
Shipping & Delivery
Domestic Shipping (India)
We ship across all major cities and states in India via trusted courier partners including Blue Dart, Delhivery, and FedEx India. Standard domestic delivery takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.
International Shipping
We ship globally via DHL Express and FedEx International. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on destination country, customs clearance, and import regulations.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Orders above ₹5,000 (domestic) qualify for free standard shipping. International shipping rates are quoted at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number is emailed to you once your order is dispatched. You can track your shipment in real time via your dashboard under "My Orders", or directly on the carrier's website.
Delivery & Inspection
Inspect on Arrival
Please inspect all packages at the time of delivery. If packaging is visibly damaged, note it with the delivery agent and take photographs before accepting the shipment.
Reporting Damage
Any damage, shortage, or discrepancy must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with photographs and your order number.
Returns & Exchanges
Custom-Manufactured Products
Because all products are custom-printed or manufactured specifically to your specifications (artwork, size, material, quantity), we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind or ordering errors.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive items that are defective (printing errors, material defects, incorrect specifications vs. approved proof), we will replace them at no cost. Please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with supporting photographs.
Return Process
To initiate a return for eligible orders, raise a support ticket from your dashboard or email us. Do not return any item without prior written approval — unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our manufacturing error.
Non-Returnable Conditions
The following are not eligible for return
- Products approved via digital or physical proof that match the confirmed specification
- Orders with customer-supplied artwork errors (typos, incorrect colors, wrong sizes)
- Products that have been used, altered, or washed
- Orders cancelled after production has commenced
- Samples ordered at special discounted rates
- Rush order surcharges
International Orders — Important Notes
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our pricing or shipping charges.
Customs Delays
NV Labels is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance. Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and do not account for customs processing times.
