Artwork & Design Files

When you upload artwork for custom product manufacturing, those files are stored securely and used solely for the production of your order.

Usage & Technical Data

We automatically collect data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time spent, and referral source to improve site performance and user experience.

Communication Data

Emails, support ticket messages, chat transcripts, and newsletter subscriptions are stored to facilitate customer service and communications.
